Magic Number 1,2～BOOM BOOM～♪
さあ、プチセルフレビューコーナーも大詰めにさしかかってきました。今日の魚は「Magic Number 1,2」です。
「Number」は「数字」じゃなくて「曲」と言う意味です。
僕は、昔からこういうハーフタイムシャッフルの曲が凄く好きで、よくこのリズムで曲を書いています。Ｂ’ｚに「ゼロ」っていう曲があるんですが、ルーツを辿ってみれば高校生の時に見て、ライブでその曲が一番盛り上がっていたのが凄く印象的で、そのときの記憶でしょうか？（笑）
しっかしまあ、レコーディングは相当苦戦しました
みんな、慣れないリズムなもんで、何回かプリプロして．．．多分一番練習した気がする。イントロ、ド頭のゴキゲンなギターはきっと僕の方が得意そうなんですが、あえてサッキーに弾いてもらいました。「だって、ライブでサッキーに弾いてもらおうと思ってるんだもん」とい理由なんだけど、意外と5050はこういうところに真面目なんです（笑）
「エッセンスミュージックフェスタ」という、毎年ニューオリンズ近辺でやってる、黒人ミュージシャン限定の夏フェスがあるんだけど、さしづめ「黒人版、サマーソニック！！」みたいな感じですかね？
「このフェスに5050が間違ってブッキングされたらどうなるんだろう？」みたいな事をディレクターと面白半分で話してて．．．
そのまま歌詞にしてしまいました
ので、非常に書いてて楽しかったです。いわゆる一つの「妄想パーティー」です。後半、「まさかの夢オチ」で、ブックレット読んでくれる人に申し訳ないなあと思いつつも、半分ニヤニヤしながら書いてました（笑）
ディレクターのＴ姉さんに、「間奏の所をどうしようかとずっと悩んでいるんですよ」と相談したら、「吉弘 知鶴子」さんという、実際にニューオリンズのブラックミュージックシーンでバリバリ活躍しているピアノニストの方をマジで呼んでくれました。
いやあ、このバンド何でも冗談が本当になるから怖いですよね（笑）
９曲目のcaｌl my nameもそうだけど、こういうアルバムの遊び曲が、製作中に一番盛り上がったりします。
実はこの曲、ゲストミュージシャンが一番豪華でして、ピアノの他にバリトンサックスで
プロデューサーのフラッシュ金子さんに吹いてもらいました（祝）
ヨウジとの初競演です。
当のヨウジはというと、
スゲー緊張してました（笑）
念の為に解説しておくと、サックスは音域が高い順に１．ソプラノ→２．アルト→３．テナー４．バリトンです。ヨウジがいつも吹いてるのがテナーサックス。そのもっと低い音域のサックスですね。ヨウジはたまにテーマとか、鵠沼とかでアルトサックスを使っていたりします。実は僕も一本サックスを持ってて、アルトです。
全然ふけないけどね…
マスオさんのバイオリン並みです。
とまあ、長くなったけど、こんな感じです。

テレビ朝日のクイズ番組で一瞬、イントロだけ流れてました
選曲がシブすぎです！！
音効さん的に使いやすいんでしょうか？（笑）

改めて読み直してみました。
「どうにかしてよ ねえ リーダー」
の部分を聴くたび、シュンスケさんの
ことを思い出してしまうは私だけでしょうか！？笑

とにかくカッコイイ!!!!です。
改めて、お一人お一人の音を聴いて「楽器」って素晴らしいなぁ☆と感じた曲でもあります。
ワタシも「リーダー」の部分「あ、シュンスケさんだっ☆」って思ってしまいます笑。
クイズ番組のお話。
すごいですね!!!!どんな形であれ、

この曲すっごく好き～♪
と思ってたら、シュンスケだったか(笑)。
歌詞読んで「妄想パーティー」て単語でひょっとしてと思ったらやっぱり。
曲も歌詞もアレンジも全てイイ、好き！
そんなに練習したなら、ぜひともパーティーの定番にして～、
