携帯電話の「無料」ゲーム アイテム購入→高額請求 平均９万５０００円 苦情が急増 「無料」とうたった携帯電話のゲームサイトをめぐるトラブルが急増している。「子供に使わせたら高額な利用料を請求された」 という親からの相談が目立つ。国民生活センターは「本当に無料かどうか確認を」と注意喚起している。 ・請求額に愕然 今春、都内に住む２０代の女性は携帯電話会社からの請求額に驚いた。「無料」だったはずが、請求金額は約３万円に上っていた。 仕事が忙しかった女性は、小学校低学年の息子を楽しませるため、携帯電話の無料ゲームで遊ばせていた。ところが、ゲームで 使用する特別アイテム（道具）を得るためのくじは１回３００円と有料。夢中になった息子は十数日間で１００回近く有料くじを購入していた。 思わぬ請求に女性はゲームサイトの運営会社と交渉。だが、運営会社は「子供のせいにしている」と反論し、減額に応じなかったという。 ・平均９万５千円 国民生活センターによると、携帯電話とパソコンの「無料オンラインゲーム」をめぐるトラブルの相談件数は、統計を取り始めた 平成２１年度は５５５件。２２年度も１２月１４日現在で４０７件とすでに前年同期を１０６件上回っている。相談者の請求額の平均は 約９万５千円にも上るという
